There is conspiracy going around the internet that the DeepState faked the death of George Floyd to cause a war between the black community and the police. They use this photo as evidence:

The problem is that the if you were able to put more light onto George you would be able to see the tattoo better. Here are other pics and you can see the tattoo better:
